Refund Policy
At Sim Figurines Inc., we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your hand-made clay figurines inspired by the game "Sky: Children of the Light". If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully review our Refund Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notification: Please contact us at sky.sim_figurines@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or 80% refund. We do not need you to return the damaged or defective item.
3. Replacements
If a replacement is needed we will schedule it as a normal order and the production period will be as described in the corresponding product page. You will not be charged any additional fee in this case.
4. Refunds
Once we decide to refund, you will be notified via email of the status of your refund. If approved:

Original Payment Method: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the 10-business-day processing window:

6. Cancellations

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order at any time before we send you a notification about the beginning of the crafting process for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure cancellation before production starts. Orders cannot be canceled once the crafting process has begun.
7. Custom Figurines
Because each custom figurine is made specifically to your request, these items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of order, as changes cannot be made after production starts.
